The “Sponsor” of the Blaze Pizza Practical Magic 2 Movie Night Sweepstakes is Blaze Pizza LLC.
Eligibility
The Blaze Pizza Practical Magic 2 Movie Night Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to legal residents of the United States where a Blaze Pizza is located, meaning participants must reside in a state with at least one operating Blaze Pizza who are minimum of 18 years of age at the time of entry. This includes:

Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Blaze Pizza LLC, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (“Warner Bros.”), each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Agreement to Rules
By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant ("You") agree to comply with these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 23, 2026, at 12:00AM EDT and ends on August 30th, 2026, at 11:59PM EDT (the "Entry Period").
How to Enter
The Sweepstakes is conducted solely on Instagram. To enter, participants must have a valid, publicly viewable Instagram account and, during the Entry Period, locate the official Sweepstakes post on Sponsor's Instagram account and:

Tag four (4) friends in the comments.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account for the entire Entry Period; any additional entries will be void. Entries that are incomplete or do not follow the requirements may be disqualified. Multiple entries through duplicate accounts or fraudulent means will result in disqualification.
Prizes
Grand Prize (1 winner): For the winner and up to forty (49) guests:
A private hometown movie screening of Practical Magic 2; and
A Blaze Pizza party.
Second Place Prizes (5 winners): Each will receive a Practical Magic 2 Themed Swag Bag. $ARV of each Prize is $100 No cash value. Any price difference between actual price of private screening and maximum ARV of private screening ($1,000.00) and/or Grand Prize will not be awarded or refunded.
Third Place Prizes (25 winners): Each will receive a Blaze Pizza digital code for the Mystic Margherita Pizza. (ARV of each code is $12)
Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash substitution unless determined at the’ sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or expenses related to prize acceptance, including, but not limited to, concession items at the theater and transportation to and from the theatre.
Private screening may not be available at all locations and may not be available in Grand Prize Winner’s hometown. Theater(s) may have further restrictions/terms and conditions for private screening, all of which Grand Prize Winner and guests must comply with. Sponsor will determine the screening theater location and the date and time of screening, in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event the Grand Prize Winner and/or their guest(s) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the screening experience early.
Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the and notified within 7 days of selection. If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, an alternate Winner may be selected.
Prize Fulfillment Timeline
The Grand Prize screening must be scheduled and completed no later than thirty (30) days after the release date of the film Practical Magic 2. The Sponsor is not responsible for theater availability beyond this timeframe.
Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, you grant the Sponsor, Warner Bros., and their respective designees the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law, and neither Sponsor nor Warner Bros. shall be obligated to make any such use.
Terms & Conditions
Blaze Pizza LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in case of fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond their control. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant attempting to tamper with the entry process, at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, You release Blaze Pizza LLC, Warner Bros., Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Instagram), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, and agents, from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize(s), participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes.
Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law, with exclusive jurisdiction in U.S. courts. Entrants waive the right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
Privacy Policy
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each contestant agrees that information submitted may be subject to and used as permitted by Sponsor’s privacy policy. Results
To request a list of all winners in this Sweepstakes or copy of the Official Rules, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address above. Request must be received within four (4) weeks of the close of the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, You agree to these Official Rules.
